When installing Wayfinder you can either use the SMS WAP push service, or download the files and transfer them to your compatible mobile phone handset, you can do this by using Blue Tooth, data card transfer or wireless file transfer.
The SMS WAP push service can be used to receive Wayfinder Navigator only at this time, and can be done by sending an SMS text message to: -

Type the word `Wayfinder` into the message body and then send it. Normally within a few minutes you shall receive back a confirmation text and a second message which shall guide you through the installation process and download the software directly to your mobile phone.
Visit www.wayfinder.com and select `products`, now select `demonstrations`, after selecting Wayfinder Navigator / Access, complete the short form requesting your e-mail address and phone make / model. You’ll receive an e-mail shortly afterwards guiding you through the download process.
Now move the files that you have downloaded from your computer to your mobile phone, for this you’ll need to have either;
Paired your pone to your computer using blue tooth, linked your phone using the software that came with it in the case of a data cable transfer. Finally linked the phone to the computer wirelessly if you wish to use this medium of data exchange.
For all of these please refer to your computer and phones user manuals for further directions.
Once Wayfinders’ files are located on your compatible mobile phone handset find the files in the location that you transferred them to, unless you used the SMS WAP push service. In this instance Wayfinder installation process shall automatically start. Once you have found the files select them and the installation process shall begin, follow the installation instructions choosing where to setup the files, either phone or memory card.
It is important to install both files that are part of the Wayfinder package. Once installed:
Wayfinder automatically selects the language you have on your mobile phone.
To change the language of the Wayfinder application:
Start Wayfinder
Press the Options button
1.Start Wayfinder
2.Press the Options button
3. Arrow down to Settings
4. Go to the Phone tab
5. Arrow down to Language and press Select
6. Select your preferred language.
Start the Activation Process
Open the main menu of your mobile phone and you will find the Wayfinder icon displayed at the bottom of the list (newer phones may put the icon within a `my own` or `applications` directory.) Start your Wayfinder by clicking on the Wayfinder icon.
Read the user terms and select Yes to accept. Allow GPRS Internet connection by pressing Yes. Wayfinder recommends you to select Automatic Search for Internet Access Point, if you get the message No
access point. Accept a working Internet Access Point by selecting OK.
Enter your activation code that you find in the Activation folder of your Wayfinder package, or that we have e-mailed to you separately upon purchase.
Enter your mobile phone number (enter the country code, e.g. +44, and your mobile phone number omitting zero (0) in the beginning of the number. A correct mobile phone number looks like this; +447900123456).
After you have entered both your mobile phone number and the activation code, please press
Options then arrow down to
Submit Code. Then press select
Complete your activation by allowing the Wayfinder application to send an activation SMS to Wayfinder. Please note that you will not receive an answer to
your SMS.
